What Is A Chi Machine, How To Use One And What Benefits Will It Bring You?

Because a lot of us sit at our desks and computers for extended periods, we often suffer back pain which can make us feel exhausted. To recover from this, I have made use of a Chi Machine – an awesome piece of machinery that everyone should have access to.
This is a relaxing way to increase your energy and all it takes is a maximum of 15 minutes each day – on your back!

Using a chi machine may be a bit complicated at first even although they have had a lot of publicity and have been seen on some well known shows.

Here are some of my tips to help get you started:
Adjust your body position so that you are fully relaxed, as (for example), some people have one leg longer than the other, or different ankle shapes.
Be sure that your back is at ease. Your knees should be supported with a soft cushion or other similar item.
Make certain that your neck is also supported with a small cushion.
Allow your arms to rest by your sides, about a foot from your body with palms upwards.

Relax while you are using the chi machine. If you are too stiff you cannot react in the right way to the motion. A chi machine applies a swinging motion to move energy from your feet to your head. If your legs are very stiff, the movement will not travel through your body and you will not get the benefits. If you have a wave going from head to toe then you are getting the benefit.

Try practising for 5 minutes at the start then see how you feel over the next 24 hours. It is also important to lie still for a couple of minutes after your workout.

Be sure you drink enough water after using the chi exerciser as you’d normally do for exercise and wellness in general. This way you are able to remove toxins that have been released during the process.

Correct use of the chi exerciser will ensure that you feel the benefits quickly.
